Arriving in Toronto
If you’re coming from out of town, there are a few ways to get to Toronto.
If you are planning to travel by air, you can arrange your flight to either the Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) or the Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (YTZ).
Getting to the City Centre
From Toronto Pearson International Airport
Union Pearson Express Train (UP Express)
UP Express is an express train that goes from Toronto Pearson Internatioanl Airport to Union Station in 25 minutes. It costs CAD$12.35 one way or CAD $24.70 round trip.
Bus & Subway (TTC)
Another option is to take the a bus from the airport. There are a number of buses but the 900N Airport Express bus will take you to Kipling Station where you can transfer to the subway.
Getting to the City Centre
From Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport
Billy Bishop offers complimentary shuttle buses to and from the Billy Bishop mainland pavillion and Union Station (across the street on York Street). Please see their website for more information about their Shuttle Service.
If you are planning to travel by train, either by GO Train or Via Rail, the closest destination is Union Station.
Union Station also has access to the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) subways so it is very easy finding your way from here!
Arriving at the Conference
The closest subway station is Spadina Station. New College is a 10 minute walk from the station, or you can take the southbound 510 Streetcar and get off Willcocks Street. From there it is a minute walk to the location.
