How to Book an Appointment
Click on the “Book an Appointment” button below to access the booking form. Once you find a time that works for you, complete the form with your details, including your name, applicant number, and the purpose of the appointment. Try to include as much detail as you can so our staff can help you more efficiently. Each appointment slot will be 20 minutes long.
Accessing your Appointment
Once you book your appointment, you will receive a confirmation by email with a link to the meeting. Appointments will be on Zoom. While having the app downloaded is encouraged, you do not need the app to access the meeting. For more information about zoom, please visit their website at zoom.us.
Please arrive to your online appointment 5 minutes before your appointment time. If you have any issues accessing your appointment, please email us at email@example.com.
Rescheduling/Cancelling your Appointment
If you can no longer attend, please make sure to reschedule or cancel your appointment ahead of time. You can reschedule or cancel your appointment by selecting “Change your Appointment” in your original confirmation email.
