If I apply for the IFP, will I automatically be considered for direct admission if my English Proficiency Test (EPT) scores meet direct admission requirements?

No – you should apply for both IFP and direct admission if you do not know whether you will meet direct admission EPT requirements before the document deadline.

This also applies to the opposite scenario. If a student only applies for direct admission and does not meet the direct admission EPT requirements, they will not be automatically considered for the IFP – the student must apply for the IFP on the OUAC in order to be considered.
