Office Hours

As the University of Toronto moves to reopening fully, our team is still here to provide you with any support you may need. We will be offering in-person services at our office (WE136) as well as online services. If you have any questions about any of our programs, please contact us at internationalprograms@utoronto.ca.

The University of Toronto is currently offering all services in person. The International Programs Office is located in New College, Wetmore Hall, Room WE136. While masks are no longer mandatory on campus, the use of a medical mask in high-density indoor spaces when physical distancing is not possible is strongly encourage during the period when cases are rising in Ontario.

While we’re opening up the office, we also understand that there are a variety of reasons why you may not come by in person. If you are not able to come by in-person or you just do not feel comfortable visiting in-person, our staff is more than happy to assist you online. There are a couple of ways you may request for assistance.

You may email us at ifp@utoronto.ca with your inquiry and one of our staff members will get back to you as soon as possible. Please remember to include your name, student number, and your issue.

Booking an Appointment

If you have an issue or a concern and would like to speak to one of our staff members, you can book an appointment with us directly. The booking link will allow you to pick an available time slot to book and prompt you to provide your name, email, student number, and a brief description of why you would like to book an appointment.
