What are your goals for the future?
I would like to improve teamwork efficiency and people’s communication using technology. The biggest goal in my future is to make a charity organization to help poor people around the world.

What is the biggest advantage to studying in the IFP?
I am in the IFP engineering and now I feel more confident for my next year. I think that IFP has gave me all the tools I will need to stand out in my program. My teachers are always willing to help me, so I can strengthen the essential skills that I will use for my career at U of T and for the rest of my life.[/ultimate_modal][ultimate_modal modal_title=”Francisco V.” modal_on=”text” read_text=”Francisco V.” modal_size=”medium” modal_style=”overlay-slidedown” overlay_bg_opacity=”80″ modal_border_style=”solid” modal_border_width=”8″ modal_border_color=”#f3b65b” modal_border_radius=”0″ img_size=”25″ img_close_background_color=”#000000″ close_icon_position=”popup-edge-top-right” css_modal_box=”.vc_custom_1583875550410{margin-bottom: 10px !important;}”]Program of Study: Engineering Sciences

When I got here, I was amazed by beauty of the campus and the University itself. I chose Toronto because I had heard a lot about how modern and charming the city is. This program showed me how interesting and exiting studying in Canada can be. Our classes were very interesting and engaging. Moving to another city was hard for me, but last summer I saw that University of Toronto is full of friendly people who are always ready to help.[/ultimate_modal][ultimate_modal modal_title=”Anna I.” modal_on=”text” read_text=”Anna I.” modal_size=”medium” modal_style=”overlay-slidedown” overlay_bg_opacity=”80″ modal_border_style=”solid” modal_border_width=”8″ modal_border_color=”#6b9090″ modal_border_radius=”0″ img_size=”25″ img_close_background_color=”#000000″ close_icon_position=”popup-edge-top-right” css_modal_box=”.vc_custom_1583875574539{margin-bottom: 10px !important;}”]Program of Study: International Relations

Year attended IFP: 2014-2015

What is your favourite spot on campus?
My favourite spot on campus is Gerstein Science Information Centre (Gerstein Library). It’s not just a place to study. Part of the building is ancient from the late 19th century, which remains the style of classic; other parts of the building are totally modern: high ceilings, French windows… It is the perfect combination of classic and modern, and I think it is the best spot in UofT.

What is the biggest advantage to studying in the IFP?
I think the biggest advantage of IFP is that it helps international students to fit in UofT. It’s not only a language program, but also helps students to adapt from their high schools to the study in university: IFP can teach them how to do their first working proposals, first academic essays, or even their first research papers in their life.[/ultimate_modal][ultimate_modal modal_title=”Dominick H.” modal_on=”text” read_text=”Dominick H.” modal_size=”medium” modal_style=”overlay-slidedown” overlay_bg_opacity=”80″ modal_border_style=”solid” modal_border_width=”8″ modal_border_color=”#b8ad53″ modal_border_radius=”0″ img_size=”25″ img_close_background_color=”#000000″ close_icon_position=”popup-edge-top-right” css_modal_box=”.vc_custom_1583875600642{margin-bottom: 10px !important;}”]Program of Study: Computer Science

In my life I have been to a few English language camps in different countries. IEP was the last one, but nevertheless, the most valuable one. In my opinion, it has been the best travelling experience so far since I got to meet a lot of wonderful people, actually improved my language skills, and most importantly explored Toronto well enough to fall in love with it. My favorite memory probably is a boat cruise: a beautiful night and a breathtaking view of the city skyline. All in all, I had so much fun during the program that later I decided to apply to University of Toronto. It has been two years now, and I am really happy with the decision I made due to IEP.[/ultimate_modal][ultimate_modal modal_title=”Alina A.” modal_on=”text” read_text=”Alina A.” modal_size=”medium” modal_style=”overlay-slidedown” overlay_bg_opacity=”80″ modal_border_style=”solid” modal_border_width=”8″ modal_border_color=”#8f6d75″ modal_border_radius=”0″ img_size=”25″ img_close_background_color=”#000000″ close_icon_position=”popup-edge-top-right” css_modal_box=”.vc_custom_1583875620147{margin-bottom: 10px !important;}”]Program of Study: Rotman Commerce
