How to Book an Appointment
Click on the “Book an Appointment” button below to access the booking form. Once you find a time that works for you, complete the form with your details, including your name, applicant number, and the purpose of the appointment. Try to include as much detail as you can so our staff can help you more efficiently. Each appointment slot will be 30 minutes long.
Accessing your Appointment
Once you book your appointment, you will receive a confirmation by email with a link to the meeting. Appointments will be on Zoom. While having the app downloaded is encouraged, you do not need the app to access the meeting. For more information about zoom, please visit their website at zoom.us.
Please arrive to your online appointment 5 minutes before your appointment time. If you have any issues accessing your appointment, please email us at ifp@utoronto.ca.
Rescheduling/Cancelling your Appointment
If you can no longer attend, please reply to the appointment confirmation email you have received to let the staff member know. If you cannot find the confirmation email, please send an email to ifp@utoronto.ca.
Kendra Knoll
Coordinator
Kendra assists in all administrative tasks of the IFP, works with prospective and current students on the IFP application process and registration, and reviews applications. She collaborates on the IFP admission process, and advises on registration, finances, and enrolment issues.

Yue (Tracy) Li
Recruitment Officer
Tracy is our Recruitment Officer based in China as part of the International Programs team, the Faculty of Arts & Science team, and the Rotman Commerce team. Tracy brings her extensive expertise into her role and provides a high level of support and care to students and parents during the application process.

Jonathan Spears
Recruitment Assistant
With an extensive range of student staff experience, Jon brings a unique perspective to his work at the International Programs. With a personal approach and a vast first-hand knowledge of the University of Toronto, Jon works with the recruitment team to host presentations, attend educational fairs and assist applicants.
Nao Yamamoto
Recruitment Assistant
Nao coordinates the marketing initiatives in Japan and Korea by creating marketing strategies, forecasting trends and opportunities through collected data and market research, and building closer relations with various partners. He is also extremely experienced with many years working in this industry and is happy to assist any student interested in making the University of Toronto their undergraduate home.
Nao offers appointments in Japanese.
