Note: Youth IEP is an all-inclusive program and residence is an essential part of the program. Check-in and check-out dates are listed above. Classes will be held from Mondays to Fridays.

Everything that you need for your stay at the University of Toronto is covered by our All Inclusive program fee:

*Arrival/Departure Service is included in the fees if it is scheduled on the program start/end dates. Transfers can be arranged on different days but additional fees apply.
Morning Courses
*IELTS Preparation Course is only offered in the July and August sessions. IPC is not offered in June.
Afternoon Courses (Optional Add-On)
*The Culture & Community Course is only offered in the July and August sessions. CCC is not offered in June.

Cancellations & Refunds
Once you apply, an invoice for your outstanding balance will be sent to you with your acceptance package. You will have until the Final Payment Deadline to pay your full fees. The $500 program fee deposit will hold your spot in the program until you complete your payments.
If you decide to cancel your registration, please refer to the refund deadlines. The $500 program fee deposit is non-refundable. After the 50% refund deadline, all program fees are non-refundable.
IMPORTANT
Refunds may only be returned to the same method of payment. Credit card payments will be returned to the same credit card number. Please ensure that your credit card can accept refunds.
Wire transfers will also be returned to the same account, and additional documents may be required. A CAD $60 fee will be deducted to cover any bank fees. Please note that wire transfer refund processing times may vary as all outgoing payments are made through the University’s central Financial Services Department.
Visa Refusals
In a case of a visa refusal, we can provide a full refund (excluding the $500 non-refundable deposit fee) regardless of the deadlines upon receiving a copy of the official visa refusal letter from the Canadian immigration office (IRCC). All refund requests must be submitted by email by September 1, 2025 to be processed.
