What’s different for 2021?

As much as we’d like to see students on campus for our summer programs, everyone’s health and safety is our priority. As we continue to monitor public health guidelines and travel limitations here in Toronto, we will only be offering online programming for Summer 2021. We are hopeful that we will see ongoing improvements in the number of COVID-19 cases and we hope to see you all in Toronto for Summer 2022!

All Inclusive Program Fees

Everything that you need for your stay at the University of Toronto is covered by our All Inclusive program fee:

  • English Classes
  • Accommodation
  • Health Insurance
  • All Meals
  • Supervision
  • Airport Transfers*
  • Accommodation
  • Afternoon Excursions (Students only registered in morning courses)
  • Evening Events
  • Weekend Trips

*Airport transfer is included in the fees if it is scheduled on the program start/end dates. Transfers can be arranged on different days but additional fees apply.

Cancellations & Refunds

Once you apply, an invoice for your outstanding balance will be sent to you with your acceptance package. You will have until the Final Payment Deadline to pay your full fees. The $500 program fee deposit will hold your spot in the program until you complete your payments.

If you decide to cancel your registration, please refer to the refund deadlines. The $500 program fee deposit is non-refundable. After the 50% refund deadline, all program fees are non-refundable.


Refunds may only be returned to the same method of payment. Credit card payments will be returned to the same credit card number. Please ensure that your credit card can accept refunds.

Wire transfers will also be returned to the same account, and additional documents may be required. A CAD $30 fee will be deducted to cover any bank fees. Please note that wire transfer refunds may take 3 weeks to be processed.

Visa Refusals

In a case of a visa refusal, we can provide a full refund (excluding the $500 fee deposit) regardless of the deadlines upon receiving a copy of the official visa refusal letter from the Canadian immigration office (IRCC). All refund requests must be submitted by email by September 1, 2021 to be processed.
