Update Regarding the Summer Programs 2020


Given the extensive impact and the uncertainty moving forward, we have made the incredibly tough decision to cancel our summer programs for 2020.  When the time is right and it is safe for us to come together again, we hope to welcome you to the University of Toronto in 2021.

Cancellations & Refunds

Once you apply, an invoice for your outstanding balance will be sent to you with your acceptance package. You will have until the Final Payment Deadline to pay your full fees. The registration fee will hold your spot in the program until you complete your payments.

If you decide to cancel your registration, please refer to the refund deadlines. The registration fee and the residence deposit fee (if applicable) are non-refundable. After the 50% refund deadline, all program fees are non-refundable.


Refunds may only be returned to the same method of payment. Credit card payments will be returned to the same credit card number. Wire transfers will also be returned to the same account, and additional documents may be required. Please note that wire transfer refunds may take 3 weeks to be processed.

Visa Refusals

In a case of a visa refusal, we can provide a full refund (excluding the registration fee and residence deposit) regardless of the deadlines upon receiving a copy of the official visa refusal letter from the Canadian immigration office (IRCC). All refund requests must be submitted by email by September 1, 2020 to be processed.
