I really enjoyed the group activity, as we were given the opportunity to figure out ideas together to solve real-world issues. Through this workshop, I recognized the crucial role of communication skills and adaptability when working with people who have different leadership styles, and learned how diverse perspectives can be combined to improve problem-solving.

I learned a lot through the two-day seminar. When completing our homework, we had teamwork, which allowed us to practice our teamwork skills and the ability to think logically. In the process, we were also taught and delivered in English, and my English also improved. From the academic side, I learned about the types of leadership and how to differentiate between different types of leaders in a team to avoid conflicts.

I have benefited a lot from this seminar. We have studied leadership in depth and analyzed which role we belong to in the teamwork. We learn through three interesting activities. One of the activities that I was most impressed is the group speech on SDG. In the process, I deeply understood the meaning and importance of leadership.
