Hello everyone! My name is Nomun-Indra. Please call me Nora. This year, I am the IFP Representative and Student Committee Chair. I am extremely happy that I will have the opportunity to work with each and all of you. This year I am looking forward to our academics as well as our fun, useful activities. Where will be the first place you’ll go when you arrive in Toronto?
The first place that I would go when I get to Toronto is 100% percent a sushi place. I know that I will not get bored of it. So maybe if the time finally arrives, and we get to meet each other, I would happy to go to a sushi bar for sure.

My everyday motto is “Start where you are. Use what you have. Do what you can”

Do you have a hobby you would like to share?
Speaking of my hobbies, I actually have a wide range of interests and am fond of trying new things. I like watching movies🎥, traveling🧳 (especially love islands), shopping 🛍, LEGO, photographing 📷, listening to musics🎶, etc., and I occasionally play some games (such as Switch). ⛷🤿🎨🎳⛸🏄🏻♀️🏂🪂🏹🚣🏻♀️🤺 These are things I’m passionate about but not skilled in and things that I want to try or develop recently.
Where is your favorite place to travel?
As for my favorite place to visit, I would like to travel to northern European countries to see the aurora and snow scenes, such as Iceland 🇮🇸. That’s something I feel extraordinarily beatific and romantic. I expect to go there to experience some marvelous feelings in the near future.

Although we can only meet our classmates online, our committee will try our best to think of interesting activities to promote the relationship between each other. Do you have a hobby you would like to share?
My hobby is watching anime and learning Japanese through it, sometimes I can even spend a day watching anime. It is actually a way to promote my learning progress because I must spare time to watch anime every night, so I have to make sure all my work is done and also the quality is guaranteed.

Do you have a hobby you would like to share?
I like reading and watching anime in my leisure time. Currently, I’m reading Animal Farm and 1984 by George Orwell. One Piece is my favorite anime. I really appreciate the free spirit of the pirates.
If you could be any animal, what would you be?
I like animals, so I raise two hamsters. If there’s a chance, I want to become a hamster, too. Because all they need to do are eating and sleeping. 🙂

Personally, I like to watch some movies in my spare time as a hobby, because movies are a medium to learn about other people’s experiences. I think if you don’t have the opportunity to travel around the world, you should watch more good movies.
If you could be any animal, what would you be?
If I were an animal, I would very much like to become a sloth, because they only need to sleep every day, no stress, and it is a national treasure.
